The applications will be
going out in the mail in
October or early November for 2009.
The plans for 2009 MUST
be to a usable scale and INCLUDE square footage
to be considered complete.
This must include the
square footage of
each parking space, vendor space
or camp site. Bike washes must
be noted on the plans.
Ordinance Amendments:
Chapter 161, Section 161-19: Food Vendors - Health Inspection Fee $50 (Adopted 11/27/06)
Food Vendors now pay $450 plus an additional $50 for a total of $500
Chapter 161, Section 161-19: Same Property - First Location Vending License, $450
Each Additional Space - No Discount, $450 (Adopted 10/23/06)
