Planning Board 911 Designation Policy:

by unanimous vote at the November 1, 2004
Public Meeting
Currently
applicants for Planning Board site plan and/or subdivision approvals submit
their applications on the application deadline and are scheduled for PRCI. At
the PRCI meeting, departments review the applications and submit revision
requirements to the applicant. The applicant has one week to make the changes
and meet the requirements and be schedules at PRCII. At PRCII the Planning
Director makes the determination as to whether or not the application is
complete and the applicant can be scheduled for a Planning Board Pubic Hearing.
At PRCII the applicant is given notice to inform abutters of the public hearing
per 676:4 (I)(d) and the Planning Department Regulations.
Beginning
November 2, 2004 all applicant’s must have their 911 street name and house/unit
number assigned from the Department of Public Works before their application is
considered complete and can be scheduled for the Planning Board Hearing.
